Details of the Activity

Goal:
We aim to strengthen the unity and solidarity of the radio amateurs in social activities by having a good day in nature and having amateur activities. All domestic and foreign radio amateurs and their families can participate in this activity.

Camping equipment that should be with you.

• Seasonal clothing, Tent, blanket, cooker, cookware, backpack, first aid kit, walking shoes, glasses, hat, drinking water, lighter, fly repellant, wet wipes, garbage bag and amateur hand-held radio and etc.

Rules:

• It is forbidden to have any kind of firearms.

• Alcohol is forbidden.

• Burning fire on grass is forbidden. It is necessary to use a barbecue.
   

Distances to the Camping area:

• Distance to the motorway 10km.

• Distance to center 2km.

• Using Water

• There is a market, restaurant, hotel and pension. just 2km away from the campground.

• There is a large grassy area with trees, suitable places for tents and caravans.

Facilities not available in the campground

• There is no electricity. For this reason the generator will be used.

• There are no seating areas or table or chairs. Everyone will benefit from their own tools. There are no equipments such as tents and canopies, Everyone will benefit from their own tools

• Those who do not have tent facilities can stay the hostel, motel, hotel from the center of Gölyaka located 2km away. Booking is recommended. (Please contact TA2LG +90 544 648 73 88 for reservation) The first aid service will be provided from 112 Emergency services located in the center of Gölyaka Municipality which is 2 km away. For this reason, we recommend that you must have your first aid material with you.

Event dates: 27-28 July 2019

Contest:
HF, VHF, UHF (FM, SSB) will be rated on the most distant and more callers with specific stations. Distances and DX stations will be predetermined. At certain times, the competitors will be change. Competition rules will be determined by experts in advance and competition will be held according to these rules. We are open to any ideas on this subject.

In the campground fox hunting will be done
Fox hunting, is an activity wherein participants use radio direction finding techniques to locate one or more radio transmitters hidden within a designated search area. This activity is most popular among amateur radio enthusiasts, and one organized sport variation is known as amateur radio direction finding

Second hand bazaar:
You can sell your radios and radio equipments. Everyone who wants can open their own exhibitions.

Technical information seminars:
Firms or individual amateurs can make presentations about technical and current amateur radio technologies. The amateur club officials can present amateur activities and services. Some tools will be provided in the event area such a projector and audio equipments.
